The management is in capable hands under the leadership of the Managing Director Mr. Ibadad van Rijckevorsel.

Mr. Van Rijckevorsel was born in Bangladesh and was adopted by a very kind Dutch family. He was raised in Breda and after his secondary education Studied Business Management at the University of Groningen. During his studies Van Rijckevorsel learned Bengali and Hindi at the University of Leiden.

He started his own Business in 1992 and specialized on Bangladesh since 1995 . For years he traveled to Bangladesh for Marketing surveys and feasibility studies.

From 1998 to 2002 Van Rijckevorsel was Managing Director of Giant Textiles BV, while he also represented some Dutch companies in Bangladesh.

Since 2004 Van Rijckevorsel moved to Bangladesh, doing business from afar was expensive and difficult. This move was essential in attracting some major clients like Shell, Boskalis and Wärtsila CME.

Van Rijckevorsel was borne in Bangladesh and wishes to do something for the country he originated from.
